Mr. Ault has over 30 years leading various engineering businesses. He began his career with 18 years in areas of increasing leadership with a fast-growing engineering services company that ultimately went public and was acquired by a larger firm. Subsequently, he co-founded and led a 25-person consulting engineering business. After 13 years, successfully sold the business to a larger ESOP as part of a succession strategy for the owners.
