Retired C-suite executive (CEO, CFO, COO) with 20 years governance experience at ten ESOP owned companies in a wide variety of industries covering software development, retail, construction, professional services, healthcare, and horticulture. Governance roles have included independent trustee (3), named fiduciary (1), and independent Board member (7). Have experience as chairman of the finance, audit, and compensation committees as well as a stint as non executive chairman. Company sizes range from revenues of <$5M to >$375M with employees numbering less than 50 to exceeding 1,000.
