Mariann Dance Fuller

I have served on the board for Columbia Chemical, an 100% ESOP in Ohio for about 8 years. In addition to my role on the board I am active in the Company as the CFO performing all accounting and HR duties. I hold a BBA in Accounting and a MBA from Cleveland State. I am a CPA and hold my CMA license. I am experienced in customer service and international logistics. I also am President of the OH/KY Chapter of The ESOP Association. I have been involved in ESOP plan admin, the valuation process, communications, distributions, and a second stage transaction. I have served as Plan Trustee, Plan Administrator, Chaired the Admin Committee and Chaired the Communications Committee. I have spoken at local, regional and national ESOP events. I am looking to lend my expertise to other companies.
